The myromy Plancha BBQ Signature is a ceramic grill plate made from Westerwald clay for meat, fish, vegetables, bread and side dishes.

The open form with a nubbed base can be used on the grill, in the oven and over an open fire. The ceramic absorbs heat and releases it to the food; preheating is possible depending on the application.

Made in a German manufactory, glazed inside with food-safe glaze and left natural on the outside in the Signature Edition. The high-temperature ceramic is designed for temperatures up to 900 °C and is dishwasher-safe.
