The myromy Brick BBQ Signature is a compact ceramic form made from Westerwald clay for the grill, oven, open flame and embers.
The nubbed structure inside expands the possibilities for vegetables, meat, bread, side dishes and individual portions. Depending on the application, the Brick can be preheated and used for baking, cooking and serving.
Made in a German manufactory, glazed inside with food-safe glaze and left natural on the outside in the Signature Edition. The high-temperature ceramic is designed for temperatures up to 900 °C and is dishwasher-safe.
