Bread & baking
Can be preheated empty. Soaking optional. For bread, roasts, oven, grill and fire.
Cooking & baking with ease
The myromy ceramic roaster is a bread baker, roaster and serving dish in one. The ceramic can be preheated empty and creates a natural steam chamber that supports strong oven spring, a moist crumb and a bold crust when baking bread.
At the same time, vegetables, meat, fish and casseroles cook evenly in their own juices. The result is versatile cookware for everyday meals, guests and special oven dishes – easier to handle than cast iron and made from Westerwald natural clay.

Why myromy.
The ceramic roaster combines baking, braising, cooking and serving in one form.

Experiences with myromy ceramics
We asked our community and loyal users for honest feedback – about myromy and their experiences with our Westerwald ceramics.

Ella Ricarda, Sourdough Expert
Sourdough becomes predictable – without complicated processes.
Multi-roasters and bricks impress me with a strong crust and a loose, juicy crumb. Particularly practical: I can preheat them or use them cold. And in the bread freshness pot, my bread stays fresh and juicy for significantly longer.

Britta, Food Creator
Just do it – and look forward to the result.
Bread turns out crispy and juicy in the ceramic roaster, but casseroles, stews, and vegetables are also a great success. The Brick is my secret weapon for sweet and savory dishes. Above all, everything is wonderfully uncomplicated.
Katharina Gantenberg, Nutrition Coach
Easy to handle, reliable results.
For sourdough bread, the multi-roaster delivers a moist crumb and a crispy crust – and is significantly lighter than my cast iron roasters. Vegetables also turn out aromatic and gently cooked in it. The fact that it's made in a German manufactory is an additional plus point for me.

For crisp crusts and a soft crumb.

The open-pored clay absorbs water and slowly releases it again as gentle steam when heated. This creates a balanced cooking chamber that is well suited to food – ideal for baking and for gently preparing vegetables, fish and meat.
- Ideal heat distribution – no localized overheating.
- Stable textures – juicy inside, defined surface.

Vegetables remain crisp and colorful, fish and meat cook gently in their own juices. Flavors develop to their fullest, nutrients are preserved – all with minimal or no added fat. The multi-cooker naturally ensures a flavorful result. For those who want to cook more simply and enjoy food more consciously.

Ideal oven spring. Can be preheated empty.
Whether crusty farmhouse bread or golden-brown cinnamon rolls: the closed ceramic form creates a controlled baking environment.
Heat circulates evenly inside and surrounds the dough from all sides. The crumb stays light, the crust develops clear roasted notes and a stable structure. Without baking paper. Without artificial aids.
- Can be preheated empty – myromy can be heated without contents.
- Straight into the hot oven – no temperature rituals.
- Cold dough on hot clay – for strong oven spring.
- Controlled steam chamber – stable crusts, airy crumb.
- Easy to handle – despite substantial heat storage.

The myromy ceramic roaster shows its strengths wherever heat needs to be controlled: in the oven, on the grill or over an open fire. The ceramic stores heat, distributes it evenly and creates a calm cooking environment for bread, vegetables, meat, fish and casseroles.
For dishes that are allowed to take their time – and reward you with depth, juiciness and structure.

The myromy ceramic roaster is a cooking dish, baking dish and serving dish in one. Its calm design looks just as at home on the dining table as in a modern kitchen. The ceramic retains heat for a long time, so dishes can be served directly from the form.
If anything is left over, the roaster can also be used for storage once it has cooled – without transferring food and without an extra container.

6 L ceramic roaster
For large loaves, family meals, roasts, casseroles and braised dishes. Ideal if you regularly cook for several people or want to bake a large loaf.
3.5 L Medium ceramic roaster
For loaves up to approx. 1 kg and dishes for 1–3 people. Compact for everyday use – and especially practical because two Medium roasters fit side by side in many standard ovens.
Both sizes can be preheated empty; soaking is optional. They create the natural myromy steam chamber for bread, oven dishes and grilled dishes.

After the surface finishing, each myromy ceramic roaster receives its own lid. In the final firing, base and lid are finished together.
This helps us achieve the best possible fit while preserving the character of genuine ceramic. Small differences in how the lid sits can occur due to the material. If the lid does not rest exactly the same way in every position, simply rotate it by 180°.

With each use, a natural patina forms on your myromy ceramic cookware from the oils, fats, and spices of your dishes – whether bread, roasts, vegetables, or casseroles. This layer improves the non-stick properties, enhances browning, and makes your cookware better and better. Discoloration is normal: the ceramic breathes, absorbs water, and releases it again during cooking – making each piece a cherished item with its own story.

Anything worth doing well needs time and care. That is why every myromy ceramic roaster is made in our manufactory with patience and dedication from high-quality Westerwald natural clay – durable and dishwasher-safe. A genuine piece of home – for everyone who values style, quality and sustainability.
