Bread & baking

Cook naturally. Enjoy consciously.
Cooking with myromy combines the original qualities of natural ceramic with the requirements of a modern kitchen.
Made from Westerwald natural clay, our cooking ceramics absorb heat, store it and release it evenly to the food. This creates juicy oven dishes, aromatic braised dishes and bread with a bold crust.
For the ceramic roaster: can be preheated empty · soaking optional. Other myromy cooking forms are used according to their intended application and instructions for use.

Ceramic stores heat and releases it evenly to the food. This creates calm, controlled conditions for baking, braising and cooking.
Especially with oven dishes and one-pot recipes, ingredients can be prepared together in a single form. That means less cookware, less effort and more time to enjoy the meal together.

myromy cooking ceramics accompany you from baking bread to serving at the table.
Depending on the form, you can bake, braise, roast, sear, grill or gratinate in it. The ceramic roaster is ideal for bread and larger oven dishes, the Brick for compact dishes and roasted flavours, and the Plancha for side dishes, casseroles and grilled food.
The food-safe interior glaze supports easy cleaning; the glazed surfaces are dishwasher-safe.

Steam exactly where the bread needs it.
The ceramic roaster can be preheated empty. When baking bread, ice cubes can then be placed directly beside the dough in the hot ceramic before closing the lid. This creates steam inside the enclosed baking chamber – supporting oven spring, a moist crumb and a well-developed crust.
With the ceramic roaster, soaking is optional. Our cooking and grilling ceramic material is heat-resistant up to 900 °C. Always follow the relevant instructions for use and safety guidance for the specific application.

myromy is the modern evolution of traditional cooking ceramics from the Westerwald.
For the ceramic roaster: can be preheated empty · soaking optional. Other myromy cooking forms are used according to their intended application.
This keeps use clear and practical for everyday life – from bread baking to oven dishes.

Ceramic is taste-neutral and accompanies the ingredients without masking their character.
Even heat storage supports controlled preparation of vegetables, meat, fish, bread and casseroles.
The food stays at the center – not the cookware.

Natural ceramic is allowed to change over time.
High temperatures, fats, oils and food can cause discoloration and signs of use on unglazed areas. They do not impair function; they tell the story of the dishes created in your myromy ceramic.
Over time, each form becomes a personal piece of your kitchen.

The Westerwald has stood for ceramics, craftsmanship and material expertise for centuries.
This is where myromy is made – from Westerwald natural clay and processed in our German manufactory. The result is cookware that combines material expertise, modern design and versatile functionality.

Ceramics are a natural material and change individually during firing. Therefore, each multi-roaster receives the lid with which it will later be used during production.
This way, the top and bottom parts are created together, achieving the most precise fit possible. Should the lid sit slightly differently in one position, simply turn it 180 degrees.
These small differences are not a defect, but part of genuine ceramic manufacturing.
