Why a ceramic bread bin?

1. Natural moisture regulation

Ceramic absorbs excess moisture and releases it slowly. This prevents mold, keeps bread moist, and ensures a longer shelf life.

2. No foreign odors

Ceramic is hygienic, odorless, and antibacterial.

3. Temperature stable

Ceramic protects bread from heat, light and temperature fluctuations.

4. Sustainable & long-lasting

A ceramic bread bin lasts for decades – without microplastics, without chemicals.

Keep bread fresh longer – this is how ceramics work

Ceramic is a natural moisture manager.

While plastic “encloses” and metal “dries out”, ceramic regulates the climate inside the pot.

positive qualities:

  • Bread stays fresh for 7-10 days
  • Crusts remain crispy
  • No "rubber effect"
  • No mold → less moisture
  • No odor transfer

Application – Storing bread in a ceramic bread bin

1. Let the bread cool completely.

Otherwise, condensation will occur, which leads to mold.

2. Place directly into the pot – without plastic

Directly onto the best grooved ceramic surface: the unique myromy ventilation nubs ensure ideal and complete ventilation of the baked goods – developed by our ceramic masters in our ceramic manufactory in the Westerwald.

3. Put the lid on.

The unglazed lid ideally absorbs excess moisture. The three ventilation holes on each side regulate ideal air circulation, ensuring fresh crumbs and optimal freshness.

4. Open once a day

Natural ventilation supports the ceramic function. Brief ventilation enhances the effects of this natural air conditioning system.
