Keramik reguliert die Feuchtigkeit auf natürliche Weise. Der myromy® Keramik Brottopf nimmt überschüssige Feuchte auf und gibt sie langsam wieder ab – so bleibt das Klima im Inneren stabil. Dadurch bleibt dein Brot länger frisch, die Krume saftig und die Kruste angenehm knusprig, ohne auszutrocknen oder gummiartig zu werden.
Bei richtiger Anwendung nahezu nie. Keramik absorbiert Feuchtigkeit und verhindert Kondenswasser – der Hauptgrund für Schimmelbildung. Wichtig ist nur, dass das Brot vollständig ausgekühlt in den myromy® Brot-Frische-Topf kommt und der Topf gelegentlich gelüftet wird.
Der myromy® Keramik Brottopf hat mit 39,5 × 23,5 × 19 cm und einem Fassungsvermögen von 6 Litern die ideale Größe für moderne Haushalte. Er bietet Platz für große Laibe, mehrere kleinere Brote oder eine Mischung aus Brot und Brötchen – ohne dass die Backwaren gequetscht werden oder die Luftzirkulation beeinträchtigt wird.
Der myromy® Brot-Frische-Topf besteht aus natürlichem Ton – frei von Aluminium, Nickel, PTFE, PFOA und anderen schädlichen Stoffen. Das Material ist vollkommen lebensmittelecht, atmungsaktiv und sorgt für ein natürliches, ausgeglichenes Klima im Inneren.
Der Brottopf ist ausschließlich für die Lagerung von Brot entwickelt. Er ist nicht für den Backofen oder hohe Temperaturen geeignet. Seine Stärke liegt in der perfekten Feuchtigkeitsregulierung – nicht im Backen oder Erhitzen.
